My story

Hello! I’m Debbie. As someone who grew up with severe anxiety, insecure about my body and suffered extreme pms and dysfunctional menstrual cramps- I am living testimony that the food we eat matters and it can change our life completely. My journey in health started in 2018 when my partner started noticing I was having signs of work place burn out. We were planning to have kids in the near future, so he brought it up for us to start considering and prioritizing health. We started researching more on YouTube and listening to podcasts, and implemented some lifestyle changes such as daily walks and changing our diet to more organic whole foods. I was shocked by the results, not just physically but also mentally and became hooked! Depression, anxiety, pms, menstrual cramps, seasonal allergies were all improved from this change. I truly believe what we put in our bodies matter and that our food is the best medicine available.  I am creating this page dedicated to learning more and sharing what has worked for me, in case anyone else can benefit from this.  I wish I had this information growing up as it would have saved me from a lot of pain.
